The past week several data points passed our desk, including opening more trails on Tiger Mountain trail, PUMP&#8217;s newfound activism in Portland, Iowa legislation strengthening cycling awareness and safety, and Dave Wiens&#8217; &#8220;reach across the aisle&#8221; profile in <em>Outside</em> magazine.</p>
