<p>So when President Obama signed MTB into law, we were stoked.</p>
<p>Come to find out it stands for &#8220;Miscellaneous Tariff Bill.&#8221; But wait!</p>
<p><a href=" http://www.bicycleretailer.com/news/newsDetail/4419.html">According to</a> <em>Bicycle Retailer</em>:</p>
<p>&#8220;Bicycle companies will benefit from lower tariffs on tubing, speedometers, road and hydraulic disc brakes and certain rims and cranks.&#8221;</p>
<p>So what goes around comes around, right?</p>
