Burglars using street view to spot potential bike thefts? Fixie punk is dead? Should Web anonymity be banned? Have you done your taxes?

OK, taxes are behind us. Now it’s time to start getting ready for Bike Month.

Yet another mini-Whistler is moving forward.

“A brief statement from the summit’s Joint Information Center offered no details on whether the cyclist hit the 2-and-a-half-ton truck, often referred to as “deuce and a half,” or if the truck ran into the woman.” Anyone care to make an educated guess here?

Velo Fellow cooperates in a presumably feel-good article about riding with kids and instead gets hammered for parental irresponsibility. Just another argument for ending anonymity, the cancer of the Web.

Maybe the burglars who stole Gordon Rayner’s bike from his garage spotted it on Google Street view, and maybe not.

Bike messenger punk is moving mainstream, we see it on the city streets every day. And except for the fact that it includes no helmets, we’re all for it.
