				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bicycle Sundays will return on Lake Washington Boulevard every weekend May through September, and at Carkeek Park Road west of the Environmental Learning Center on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.</p>
<p>And several Seattle neighborhoods will &#8220;go carless,&#8221; cordoning off main thoroughfares for pedestrians and bicycles only, during a series of &#8220;summer streets&#8221; parties, starting with Greenwood/Phinney from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 10.
