The next time someone mentions the decline of civility in our culture, well, here’s Case in Point No. 1. The bicycle was an innocent bystander! There was no need to involve the bicycle!

You do this in tennis, and you get a “racquet abuse” penalty. Hey, it’s a poor carpenter who blames his tools. Whatever … the lesson here is, Do not involve your bicycle in a ‘domestic dispute.’ Respect your ride!
