    Dear Mr. Andrews,

I have a fantastic story to share with you about a warranty problem I had with my mountain bike.

In 2010, I purchased a Yeti ASR-5C from my local bike shop. Fast forward to April 2015 and my mountain bike frame cracked. I took the bike back to the shop to see what they could do for me. They called Yeti and were informed that Yeti no longer had replacement frames for my 26″ bike. Instead, Yeti offered me a 2015 SB5C as a FREE UPGRADE!!! I almost fell out of my chair when I got the news!!! Also, Yeti sold me the Enduro kit build for the same cost as if I had purchased the frame! So, I got the SB5C with the Enduro kit build and a Thomson Covert Dropper post for $2,000. End result: I paid $2,000 for a $5,000 bike.

Yeti is an AWESOME bike company with AWESOME customer service and they really do care about their customers. Please pass the good words along. I love to see great companies rewarded in the marketplace…..
