I don&#039;t really presume innocent until proven guilty anymore in cycling. Don&#039;t take this as saying that I do think that Evans is doping. But after seeing so many &quot;good guys&quot; like Landis, Hincapie, and Zabriskie be either positively guilty or at least implicated, I tend to label them &quot;unknown&quot; rather than &quot;innocent&quot;.]]></description>
