Because his performance is spotty? Really? He’s been riding up there with guys who’ve admitted to doping or been convicted of transgressions.

I don’t really presume innocent until proven guilty anymore in cycling. Don’t take this as saying that I do think that Evans is doping. But after seeing so many “good guys” like Landis, Hincapie, and Zabriskie be either positively guilty or at least implicated, I tend to label them “unknown” rather than “innocent”.
