The ban of US cycling coach Raymond Stewart is further encouraging evidence of sending a stronger message that doping will not be tolerated: “Violating the sacred responsibility and standards of a coach by aiding athletes with doping is truly reprehensible,” USADA chief executive Travis Tygart said.
